AQX was responsible for the structural design and detailing for the replacement of the HVAC system at this property. The project objective was to replace the existing system with two air cooled rooftop units. AQX studied the original structural plans and checked the existing two-way concrete roof slabs for additional weights of units. AQX also provided analysis and strengthening details for concrete roof slab large openings for the new rooftop units.
